When does my order ship?

Usually within 48 hours. Some of the hand tooled products like the wallets may take up to two weeks before they ship.


Customs and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. UI Stencils does not pay this tax for you.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

24 - 48 hour processing plus shipping time. Shipping times listed below:


Domestic: 2-5 days to deliver.
International orders: 2-6 weeks to deliver


Where is my tracking number?

Check your junk mail, sometimes tracking numbers go there by mistake. If you haven't received one please email us. We'll be happy to send you one.


Will Mackerel Crow ship to my country?

We will ship to all major domestic and international locations excluding Vietnam. 


Why is my package stuck at the sort facility in the USA?

Don't worry, this is the last trackable feedback from USPS before your package leaves the USA. 


How secure is this store?

Really secure! This store uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) for payments, and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours.


What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 60 days of receiving it for a no questions asked refund. In other words, you could use it for two months, slog it through the rain and mud and then at the expense of Mackerel Crow return it, simply because you've changed your mind or for any other reason. If you find your product unsatisfactory we will offer a full refund.


What kind of warranty does it have?

We expect that our products should last at least 5 years of heavy use without repair. Beyond that, a product can be repaired at cost to last a lifetime. Please send it back to Mackerel Crow and our team of obsessive textile gurus will evaluate fix your well loved pack.

If a product is defective, please send it back and we will repair it for you at no charge. Or, if you prefer it can be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
